David Bright Publications

My research focuses on the nature of organizational excellence: the meaning of excellence, the processes  that enable excellence, and the design of initiatives that nurture excellence. I examine these topics through the lens of organizational development and change management. My publications explore  three basic areas: 
  1. Org Virtue & POS: Virtue Ethics, Positive Organizational Scholarship,  Virtuous Organizing, Forgiveness
  2. Org Development: Positive Organization Development, Appreciative Inquiry, facilitation
  3. Teaching: Instructional excellence, constructivist pedagogies
